Job Description

CODARUS is a leading National Sales Representative Agency. We are partnered with fine home furnishing and décor vendors.
Our Territory Managers are brand ambassadors and the bridge between our customers and our valued Product Partners.

This position assumes an established territory in the New England Territory that includes the following states of MA, ME, NH, RI, & VT. This is an Outside Road Sales Position and applicants must reside in the territory. We will consider applicants that currently represent other lines in the home decor industry.

Job Requirements

We look to hire the best candidate for the territory with the following expectations:

• Creative thinker with a high degree of self-motivation who is organized and has excellent time management skills
• Digitally savvy
• Strong presentation skills.
• Professional and timely communication skills
• Passion for sales, design and trends
• Ability to travel with necessary materials throughout the territory
• Demonstrate proficient use of an iPad for placing orders, referencing sales materials, and using email, spreadsheets, and office programs
• Demonstrate sales experience and enthusiasm necessary to convert prospects into customers
• Demonstrate relevant experience in sales (retail or wholesale) and/or interior design

On a daily basis you will:

• Manage Territory with strong Sales Analysis and strategies to build on existing business & identify growth opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities through managing leads, seeking new prospects and foster new business relationships for all our Product Partners
• Provide excellent customer service by providing prompt communication, follow through and creative solutions.
• Spend upwards of 75% of your time on the road within the territory
• Use an iPad that is loaded with our sales and CRM software which you will use to reference product, generate sales & prospect new customers
• Thorough, professional & timely communication with our customers, our product partners and sales management team.
