Anna Booth Interiors is seeking a highly organized, polished Studio Director to lead the daily operations of our growing design firm. This leadership role serves as the operational and cultural center of the studio, ensuring that projects, people, and processes move forward with clarity, precision, and excellence. The Studio Director works closely with the principal designer to uphold the firm’s creative vision and maintain the highest standards of client service and design execution.
The Studio Director oversees workflow across all active projects, managing communication between designers, vendors, and clients while maintaining project schedules and deadlines. Responsibilities include reviewing proposals, presentations, and FF&E documentation for accuracy; coordinating with trade procurements; tracking orders and approvals; and ensuring all project information is organized and current. This role also supports financial operations by monitoring client payments, reviewing order statuses, and maintaining accurate records in Studio Designer. The Studio Director is a proactive problem‑solver who anticipates needs, removes obstacles for the design team, and creates structure and efficiency within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

The right candidate will demonstrate confidence, initiative, and a calm, solutions‑oriented mindset. Experience reviewing proposals, managing FF&E documentation, coordinating installations, and overseeing procurement is highly valued. A polished demeanor, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine passion for supporting a creative team are key to thriving in this leadership role.
