Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Independent Sales Representative or established multi-line sales agency to represent Blue Pheasant, a respected table top and home décor brand. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong relationships in the independent retail and interior design community who are passionate about growing premium brands.

The ideal partner has an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven track record of new business development, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while growing long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Develop and grow sales throughout the Southeast territory.
• Prospect and open new independent retail and interior design accounts.
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships.
• Present new product introductions and seasonal collections.
• Execute market appointments and travel throughout the territory.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity.
• Collaborate with the corporate sales team on strategic growth initiatives.
• Achieve territory sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements

• Established relationships within the home furnishings, tabletop, gift, or luxury home décor industry.
• Proven success in outside sales and territory management.
• Strong new business development skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Professional, organized, and customer-focused.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
• Representation of complementary premium home décor, tabletop, gift, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience selling to independent retailers, boutiques, furniture stores, kitchen shops, and interior designers.
• Existing showroom affiliations are a plus.
