We are seeking a Showroom Sales Associate to provide exceptional service and strive to create and maintain lasting business relationships with our clients and industry partners. In the USA we have a small team in which each member plays an integral role and contributes greatly to all aspects of our business. We are looking for a self-starter, energetic, highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive individual to add to our team.

Duties:
• Inside sales at the D&D Showroom; assist all clients visiting the showroom or over the phone/e-mail with trimming, drapery
hardware, and fabric selections
• Support outside sales representative
• Responsible for all aspects of the sales process; selling, pulling memos, order entry, follow up, processing, and tracking
• Manage/maintain active provided client list
• Active outreach to new, or dormant clients, in your territory with an average of 15 per month.
• Be a brand ambassador and a trusted resource to clients on all Houlès product categories
• Support showroom manager with all daily/periodic showroom tasks; organization, installing new launches, event
preparation/participation, and support senior management as delegated
• Contribute and provide market feedback from clients
• Provide support to Houlès USA in any working capacity when needed such as, but not limited to, assisting other territories with
orders and memos, answering calls from other territories, marketing objectives, and events.
