As showroom manager, you would handle design and sales for a portion of high-level design clients, manage staff, and the day-to-day operations of the showroom. Your ongoing goal would be to also train, support and motivate the team to achieve their highest design and sales potential. You will strategize and hold weekly meetings with upper management to ensure the success of your team through positive mentoring and constructive guidance. The organization and impeccable presentation of the showroom itself would be placed in your hands to manage and the operations support team will regularly help you to implement improvements.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelors Degree
Skills:
Creativity and design
Strong computer application knowledge such as MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Basic QuickBooks (or similar), Excel
Management experience or education
Showroom sales
Complex order processing
Experience working with high-end clientele
Compensation and benefits:
Base salary + commission on personal sales + commission on overall sales

We take a different approach to representing tile materials. Tile showrooms typically create vignettes and displays in an attempt to represent their particular “style”. Our focus is on presenting the tile itself in an objective, yet detailed and organized fashion, rather than trying to impose the way we think it should be used. Materials in our showroom are displayed modularly, so that each item can be removed individually and composed into unique arrangements on our worktables. This approach allows designers to bring their clients in to the showroom for design sessions, without the worry of a client being led astray from the core design intent by a preconceived vignette. This creates a true creative workspace where the possibilities are unrestricted and creativity can flourish!
