Madeline Stuart Associates is an established high-end residential firm. We are looking for a talented, highly organized Senior Project Manager to join our team. This position combines design leadership, project management, client interaction and team collaboration. The ideal candidate is an excellent designer and space planner who can confidently lead projects forward while navigating the many moving parts of high-end residential construction.
5+ years of interior design experience and a completed portfolio demonstrating completed work, proven experience managing projects from concept through installation, including budgets and procurement.
Also, the ability to read and produce technical drawings, shop drawings and construction documents.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Extremely organized with timely follow up and ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel for site visits and installations
Proficiency in AutoCad, SketchUp and Photoshop
