The Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer who excels in architectural detailing, high-end residential new construction, and luxury furnishings. This role is ideal for a designer with 7+ years of experience in high-end residential design who is ready to lead, mentor, and elevate a team while ensuring every detail meets the highest level of sophistication. You will be the liaison across the design team, outside consultants, and contractors, ensuring the Creative Director’s vision is flawlessly executed.
Key Responsibilities
*Mastery of Design Detailing: Lead the development of complex architectural details, intricate cabinetry, millwork, tile layouts, and custom furnishings that define luxury.
*New Construction & Architectural Planning: Oversee design specifications, elevations, and material selections that seamlessly integrate into high-end new construction projects.
*Fine Furnishings & Finishes: Curate and execute exquisite interior palettes, custom furniture, textiles, and lighting that enhance estate-level designs.
*Project & Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and elevate the design team, ensuring each project is executed with excellence and efficiency.
*Client & Vendor Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the Creative Director, clients, contractors, artisans, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
*Presentation & Documentation: Produce polished, professional presentations and comprehensive documentation, ensuring clarity and precision in all deliverables.
*Elevate Standards: Drive innovation, uphold best practices, and inspire the team to exceed expectations in every aspect of design and service.
What We’re Looking For
