Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer with a discerning eye, strong leadership abilities, and an intrinsic understanding of luxury aesthetics. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional spaces tailored to an elite clientele, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute full-scope interior design projects from initial concept to final installation
• Develop and present comprehensive design narratives, mood boards, spatial layouts, and custom furniture concepts
• Source and specify ultra-premium finishes, furnishings, textiles, lighting, and art
• Manage client relationships with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and service
• Oversee and coordinate with consultants, artisans, contractors, and in-house team members
• Produce and review detailed drawings, construction documents and specifications with precision
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and ensure the highest standard of design execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the impeccable quality standards expected by our clientele
• Maintain a deep knowledge of international design trends, material innovations, and luxury market demands
• Mentor and guide intermediate and junior designers, fostering an atmosphere of creativity and excellence

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of high-end residential design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools
• Strong knowledge of FF&E specification, materials, codes, and construction methods
• Exceptional creative vision with an acute attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of custom furnishings, millwork, and specialty finishes
• Proven track record of successfully managing luxury projects and sophisticated clients
• Outstanding verbal, visual, and written communication skills
• NCIDQ certification preferred; LEED accreditation a plus
