Highly coveted luxury interior design firm in Naples, Florida, is seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer with expertise in architectural detailing, high-end residential new builds, large-scale renovations, and bespoke furnishings. This role is ideal for a designer with 10+ years of experience in luxury design who is ready to lead, mentor, and elevate a team while ensuring every detail meets the highest level of sophistication.
The Senior Interior Designer acts as lead designer to develop bespoke architectural details, intricate cabinetry, millwork, tile layouts, and custom luxury furnishings. This role will liaise between the Creative Director, clients, & contractors, as well as manage up to two design assistants. You will create polished & professional presentations, and comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and precision. Successful communication and documentation is achieved by the effective use of software such as Slack, Google Workspace, Studio Designer, Outlook, and Adobe Pro.
This is a full time position in-office with 10-20% travel required, including some weekends. There will be a six month probationary period. Pay commensurate with experience; commission-based.
- 10+ years of high-end residential interior design experience

- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects from concept to completion, setting priorities to meet deadlines

- Must be tech savvy; experience using Studio Designer a plus
