Role Description
This is a full-time senior interior design role at Sashya Thind located in Wellesley, MA, with flexibility for some remote work.
As a senior interior designer, you will be responsible for working closely with the principal, leading the design process, creating design concepts, producing drawings and specifications, and overseeing the implementation of interior design projects.
You will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure that designs meet aesthetic, functional, and budget requirements.
Your role will also involve conducting site visits, managing project timelines, and collaborating with a team of designers.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
LEED certification is a plus
