- Collaborate with and lead the project team to deliver projects on schedule. Deliverables including but not limited to: image research and mood boards, developing presentations in InDesign, material selections, FF&E selections, illustrating our design in 2d and 3d as needed.
- Lead the design process from concept generation through design detailing.
- Clear knowledge and execution of Drawing Sets, IF specifications/FF&E specifications.+
- Project Management skills
- Coordination and clear communication with clients, consultants and brands & internal staff.
- Great knowledge of products and industry sources.
- Comfort in client facing interaction and principals

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 7+ years of interior design experience preferred, having worked within all phases of a project through Construction Administration.
• Experience with at least two of the following project types: Hotels, Commercial Residential, F&B, High-end Private Residential.
• A level of proficiency in interior design concepts such as space planning, furniture, fixtures, and product research.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Architecture OR Interior Design Degree and/or Background; LEED certification and NCIDQ a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, REVIT, SketchUp. 3ds Max or Rhino a plus
• Must be based in Miami
• Required to be in Office 1-3x weekly depending on level and project demands
