The Rug Company is looking for an organized and meticulous individual to support and carry out the administrative work of the US sales team.

You will be working alongside the US Sales team on our ERP and CRM Systems. (namely SAP b1 and Pipedrive).

You will need to possess exceptional computer literacy, good communication skills and be highly organized, accurate and deadline driven.

Main Responsibilities:
 Provide sales team and other internal stakeholders with adhoc system related admin support in order to support/ grow sales.
 Processing credit notes in SAP & reallocating funds to different stock IDs as requested by the sales team.
 Business partner data management, input missing Business Partners from legacy ERP system to SAP B1 and future management of Business Partners data as required (address/name changes/account closures).
 Manage logistics for appro stock - samples & stock search and movement between showrooms/warehouse to support readiness for each sales appointment.
 Processing referral commissions on SAP.
 Processing mixed order projects in SAP.
 Leading communications and trouble shoot with 3rd party support providers (Sapphire)
 Training and onboarding as needed.
 Produce reports on request for Managers – appros, unpaid DPRs.
 Liaise with finance, production and logistic in order to support business needs.

o Expert knowledge of ERP system - SAP B1 and the TRC sales journey. (Training will be given although it would be an advantage if the successful recruit has previous ERP experience preferably SAP B1).
o Good working knowledge of Pipe Drive, previous CRM experience an advantage, but full training will be given

This position will be hybrid after passing the 90 day probationary period.
