The Atrio Sales & Galerie Associate is responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, and possessing a passion for interior design.
You will manage Galerie appointments and order inquiries with various clientele, responding promptly with accurate pricing and information. This role is responsible for managing important trade relationships and correspondence with vendors, subcontractors, and all Atrio stakeholders.
-Build rapport and relationships through conversation and recommendations with clientele and trade communities
-Oversee POS transactions at Galerie and online via Shopify
-Oversee all order fulfillment and management with various vendors and freight providers
-Maintain Private Label and Vintage catalogs with accurate pricing and inventory information
-Respond to Trade inquiries within 24 hours & provide concierge level service to resolve outstanding questions or issues
-Maintain merchandise displays and stock levels at the Galerie
-Collaborate with fellow team members to keep the Galerie clean and organized at all times
-Possess an extensive set of Atrio product knowledge
-Stay up to date with interior sales trends for better service and achievement of sales
-Conduct focused outreach to bring in leads via email and phone
-Act as an Atrio Brand Ambassador; build relationships, with the goal of cultivating business out of those relationships
-Connect with designer, librarian (if large firm), to schedule an introduction meeting, or ask about projects where you may be able to propose solutions using Atrio’s unique assortment of products (Private Label, Vintage, etc.)
-Represent Atrio and network at pre-approved events – intelligently identify key target events or strategic ideas for networking
-Industry awareness and industry knowledge – stay aware of industry events, market trends, introductions, industry and trade by association and knowledge
-Prepare weekly recaps, sharing status and updates on goals, accomplishments or challenges
