In this role, you will manage the financial records for multiple clients, primarily in the design sector. The ability to work independently is essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining the books for several clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients, particularly interior designers and design firms.
• Process invoices, payments, and handle bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure all bookkeeping tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online; experience with Houzz Pro, Ivy, and Studio Designer.
• Communicate with clients and team members to provide updates and address bookkeeping needs.
• Ensure all financial records comply with relevant accounting standards.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably with multiple clients.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with Houzz Pro, Ivy, or Studio Designer is REQUIRED.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
