Job Description

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while enhancing the brand’s visibility and positioning across key markets. You will encompass a strategic oversight of multiple sales channels, incl. wholesale distribution (showrooms, retailers, department stores), Hermès boutiques and designers. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the D&D showroom's engagement with interior designers, while contributing to select projects involving end clients ensuring consistent brand excellence across all touchpoints.
DISTRIBUTION
Oversee the profitable growth and strategic development of assigned accounts by increasing market penetration, exceeding budgeted sales objectives, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Drive consistent sales performance across all distribution channels
- Present and sell new collections to ensure store alignment with seasonal launches
- Conduct regular stock reviews and recommend reorders based on sales performance, seasonal cycles, and market trends
- Deliver product training to retail teams,ensure timely availability and accuracy of selling tools
- Monitor and evaluate account performance and brand alignment
- Identify and develop new distribution opportunities and expand the lighting and home decoration
- Coordinate with Customer Service teams in France and the U.S. to manage deliveries and resolve logistical issues
- Maintain legal and operational compliance across accounts, collaborate with Accounting to support payment processing
DESIGNER SALES
In collaboration with the Showroom Director, drive sales growth through strategic engagement with designers.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities with consistent outreach
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and quotes
- Manage projects to completion
- Represent the brand at design events to raise visibility and strengthen industry connections
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients to build long term partnerships

- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales to the high-end home market
- Existing relationships within the Tri-State design community are essential
- Strong familiarity with key industry players and excellent networking ability
- Deep understanding of competitors and current industry trends
- Proven ability to identify new projects and convert them into sales
- Creative, solutions-oriented, adaptable, and open-minded
- Self-starter with a high degree of independence and initiative
- Strong team player with a collaborative and flexible approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- French language skills are a plus, though not required
- Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs dictate
