Job Title: Purchasing Agent (Part-Time, *On-Site* – 30-35 Hours/Week)
Location: Palm Beach, FL

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Agent to join our interior design firm on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience working with an interior design firm. Experience using QuickBooks a must. This is a good position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies in line with company needs.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery from vendors.
Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and ensure data accuracy in QuickBooks.
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in vendor negotiations is a plus.
On-site in Palm Beach, FL preferred
Hours & Benefits:
30 - 35 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
