Job Description

The Project Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team as systems and processes expert. Expedites all communication regarding marketing materials for all three sales teams. Manages process & communication for showroom flip orders and marketing event orders to ensure all requirements are met while balancing operational goals.

- Support the DEDON Inc. marketing team in all areas including public relations, events and tradeshows, digital and product marketing, advertising, and merchandising.
- Promote DEDON’s five flagship showrooms by fulfilling design center requests for product, brand and event content.
- Work with sales representatives and dealers to ensure proper branding of DEDON across co-op initiatives.
- Enter orders and coordinate with logistics for marketing related events, sponsorships, donations and installations.
- Maintain database of project imagery and conduct outreach for new content opportunities.
- Project manages event schedules and showroom merchandising initiatives, ensuring project milestones are met using Planner project management software.
- Research and partner with local vendors for event and merchandising needs, including graphic and logo printing, painting and more.
- Assemble POS Kits, samples boxes and client gifts as necessary with the Product Marketing Associate.

Job Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of internship or full-time work experience in a similar role.
• Based in the Greensboro/High Point area.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Graphic design skills are a plus, but not required.
