Job Description
- Work in collaboration with Creative Director, Senior Designer and Project Team to create Residential and Hospitality Interiors
- Manage multiple teams and individuals across all Design Phases
- Prominent role in selection, specification and detailing of all Project Elements
- Creation and documentation of Custom Furniture and Lighting
- Creation of Design Presentations, Drawing Sets, FF&E/Finish specifications
- Source FF&E and assist with purchase orders and deliveries
- Construction Administration and Site Visits
- Coordination with vendors, contractors, and clients

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years minimum relevant professional experience on Residential and Hospitality Projects
- Interior Design/Architecture Degree and/or Background
- Experience leading Projects preferred
- Manage Internal and External Project Deadlines
- High level proficiency in AutoCad, SketchUp and Adobe Suite required
- Experience with all Project Phases: MB, SD, DD, CD and CA
- Experience in designing and documenting Custom Furniture
- Build Procurement and Custom Quotes
- Strong working knowledge of Drawing Sets, FF&E/Finish specifications
- Experience with CA and Custom Fabrication required
- High attention to detail to ensure design intent and technical accuracy
- Strong understanding of materials and finishes
- Self-motivated, ability to multi-task, proactive
