Angie Hranowsky Studio is seeking an organized, dynamic and self-motivated project coordinator. The ideal candidate is confident, genuine, flexible, solution focused and detail-oriented. The role will require assisting the team and principal in coordinating and managing projects, creating schedules and construction documents, drawing furniture plans, updating client portals and working directly with trades and vendors as well as communicating with clients.
-Proficient in AutoCAD + Adobe Creative Suite and Studio Designer preferred
-Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years professional experience in residential design preferred
-Drafting furniture plans and construction drawings
-Assist in creating construction/interior schedules
-Assist with management of projects from inception to installation
-Travel to job sites + client meetings as needed
-Assist with sourcing and pricing
-Familiarity with fabric, textile and rug vendors is a plus
-Maintain sample library in the studio and general office upkeep
-Flexibility with time management and shifting schedules
-High attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication
