Creative Art Partners (CAP) is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Los Angeles. This role offers a unique blend of administrative leadership and on-the-ground project support — perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced art and design environment.
At CAP, we curate and deliver art programs to some of the most dynamic companies, residences, and hospitality spaces in the country. Our team works at the intersection of art, design, and innovation — and we’re looking for someone who is eager to help drive our projects forward.
What We’re Looking For
Self-starter mindset — you take initiative and run with projects independently.
Ambitious and driven — excited to grow with CAP and take on increasing responsibility.
Detail-oriented — precision and quality matter in everything you do.
Strong communicator — both written and verbal.
Comfortable navigating Los Angeles — must have reliable transportation and be available for site visits as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in project coordination, operations, or client-facing roles is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM tools.
Interest in art, design, architecture, or creative industries is a plus — but not required.
What You’ll Do
Administrative & Client Coordination
Manage cold/outreach emails and handle inbound inquiries through CAP’s channels.
Prepare professional client proposals and presentation decks.
Develop and maintain wall documentation and project materials.
Schedule meetings and calls with prospective clients and leads.
Export and organize documents and reports for leadership.
Project Support (In the Field)
Assist with on-site walk-throughs, capturing precise wall measurements and notes.
Serve as a liaison between fieldwork and internal team to ensure seamless project execution.
