Creative Art Partners (CAP) is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support our dynamic team in Los Angeles. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow within the art and design industry by supporting high-impact projects across corporate, residential, and hospitality environments.
At CAP, we create thoughtfully curated art programs for some of the most innovative spaces in the country. Our team operates at the crossroads of art, design, and strategy — and we’re seeking someone who’s energized by collaboration, precision, and creative problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
Administrative & Client Support
Support outreach efforts by managing cold emails and responding to inbound client inquiries.
Help prepare presentation decks, proposal documents, and wall-specific project materials.
Schedule meetings and assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
Assist with organizing internal files, documents, and weekly reports for leadership.
On-the-Ground Project Assistance
Join walk-throughs and site visits to help document spaces, including taking accurate wall measurements and installation notes.
Act as a connector between the field and interna

Comfortable navigating Los Angeles — must have reliable transportation and be available for site visits as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in project coordination, operations, or client-facing roles is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM tools.
Interest in art, design, architecture, or creative industries is a plus — but not required.
