DukeTalent.io is partnering with AD100 firm Olson Kundig on a Project Architect search in Seattle.
The Role
We are looking for a Project Architect to join our Seattle studio. In this role you will take advanced technical ownership of architectural projects from concept through construction administration, working across a range of moderate to large-scale commissions.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design across all phases of moderate to large-scale architectural projects
- Plan, model, and coordinate projects using Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino
- Produce project documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports via Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
- Manage construction administration responsibilities
- Review, compile, and prepare project specifications as needed
- Coordinate with firm partners and principals on solutions, products, and project delivery
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $98,093 – $104,000
- 16 days PTO plus paid holidays

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Strong technical proficiency across industry-standard tools
