We are looking for a Procurement Specialist whose responsibility will be to manage pricing, proposal creation, purchasing, tracking, and logistics for client projects, ensuring orders are placed accurately and delivered on time. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, communicative, task-oriented; who is a critical thinker, and driven by deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage procurement processes using Studio Designer (3-5 years of experience required).
-Price projects, Communicate with Vendors and tradespeople, Place, track, and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any vendor issues.
-Must be familiar with and able to understand the specific language and issues required within the Interior Design industry.
-Maintain and update detailed purchase logs, budgets, and schedules in Google Sheets.
-Create and organize project documentation using Google Docs.
-Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal team members to keep everyone updated on procurement statuses.
-Anticipate project needs and timelines, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
-Support overall project efficiency by maintaining an organized procurement process.
Qualifications:
-3-5 years of experience working with Studio Designer.
-Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
-Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
-Task-oriented and proactive in resolving challenges.
