PINKYS Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with the PINKYS brand
director and the Co-Founders. You will have direct access to the creatives and
owners.
PINKYS seeks a creative Social Media Manager, with experience and
connections to the architecture and interior design industry to further our brand
growth within the design trade. You’ll plan, implement, and manage our social
media and online presence. Excellent written and oral communication skills, data
analysis experience, and community engagement knowledge are essential. You’ll
manage the brand voice, create content, engage daily, gather analytics, attend
team meetings, and collaborate with marketing, affiliate, website, writing, and
graphic design teams.
• Plan, create, and implement our social media strategies for the PINKYS
brand.
• Content management across multiple social media platforms.
• Keep an updated content calendar with release dates and content for
posting.
• Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data
analytics.
• Plan social campaigns and coordinate special social projects.
• Assist with brainstorming of original content and campaigns.
• Assist brand director on influencer programming.
• Attend weekly marketing meetings with brand director and principals, while
leading social media content planning meetings.
Track and analyze metrics of PINKYS channels and create reports.
• Conduct research to help optimize marketing messages and materials.
• Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best-practice
community management.
• Management and dissemination of all leads generated through social
media campaigns.
• Monitor company brand consistency, customer engagement, web traffic of
social media campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social
channels.
• Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital
marketing strategy.
• Uphold the company's brand voice and increase brand awareness.
• Travel to various locations such as customer homes, PINKYS pop-ups,
and trade shows to create social content and brand awareness.
• Ensure uniform company representation across all social and digital
platforms by collaborating with the sales, logistics, website, growth
marketing, and management teams.
• Experience, connections and understanding of the interior design industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a high level of attention
to detail.
• Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
• Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms.
• A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to create
engaging content.
• Strong data analysis skills
