Job Description

Cross It Off Your List, LLC New York’s premier organizing and move management company is currently seeking a highly organized, energetic and efficient person to join our team to organize homes and coordinate complicated relocations from one luxury home to another. This position requires someone to act as a leader as well as be part of a team. You need the ability to communicate efficiently and in a timely manner with the team, management, clients and vendors. Each job is unique and different in scope requiring attention to detail, organization, flexibility and adaptability.
*This position is in-person organizing in client's homes in the tristate area.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing a customized action plan for each project
- Hands-on client interaction and support throughout the process
- Implementing individual client processes and systems
- Recommending and installing the appropriate organizing products, services and tools needed for a project
- Supervising and interacting with vendors and team members—including designers, architects, house managers and staff, etc.
- Project management from start to finish

Job Requirements

We require someone with:
• A passion and aptitude for helping people get organized
• Acute attention to detail
• The poise and social skills to interact with high-level clients
• A “make it happen” attitude
• The ability to “think on your feet”
• The stamina to spend 8 hours unpacking and organizing – often a few days in a row
• Detailed project management skills
• The ability to assess a situation and make sound, executive decisions independently
• The self-confidence to be a leader as well as the ability to take direction, when required
• The ability/desire to build relationships
• Organizing and/or luxury service business experience a plus
• A very flexible schedule including weekends when required

CIOYL is looking for someone who has a real passion for organizing and project management. Do you have any experience organizing someone's home or office? Schedules can change with a moment’s notice--often at the last minute. The job requires someone who is extremely flexible and adaptable. This is a full time/part time/on call contract position the hourly rate is $30-$50 depending on experience. Do you have an ongoing flexible schedule?
