LOGISITICS OPERATIONS
· Oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
· Create shipping documentation for all orders, including:
* Bill of Lading
* Packing Lists
* Shipping Labels
* Customs documentation for all export shipments
Conduct inspections of items prior to shipment to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
CLAIMS MANAGEMENT (Point of Contact)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all freight and product claims.
- Ensure receipt and completeness of required claim documentation, including:
* Claims forms
* Supporting images of damaged items and cartons
· Review claims to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
· Conduct thorough investigations of orders, claims, clients, and products to determine the most appropriate resolution.
INVENTORY CONTROL OPERATIONS
· Conduct annual physical inventory audits.
· Run and analyze monthly reorder reports.
· Provide accurate inventory and reorder recommendations based on prior fiscal year sales data and forecasting needs.
· Upon owner approval, prepare and submit purchase orders to production.
BASIC OPERATIONAL & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
· Perform order entry as needed, including:
* Sales orders
* Quotes
* Invoices
* Custom purchase orders
· Confirm lead times, order status, and logistics ETAs for customers.
· Maintain strong product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.
· Prepare and mail sales materials and product samples as requested.
Job Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in furniture logistics operations and customer service.
· Highly motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed company goals.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
· Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
· Acts as a brand ambassador at all times, representing the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
