STUDIO OSKLO is looking for a Junior Designer to join our creative studio.
STUDIO OSKLO is an independent design practice working across brand identity, art direction, editorial, digital, and culture. We create distinctive visual worlds for ambitious clients, brands, and cultural projects, with an emphasis on concept, craft, and a highly considered approach to every detail.

We are looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our team and play an active role in the studio’s work.

THE ROLE
Working closely with our senior designers and creative leadership, you will be involved throughout the creative process — from initial research and conceptual development through to refined, final execution.
You will work across a varied portfolio of projects, contributing to identities, campaigns, editorial, digital experiences, publications, and art direction.

This is an opportunity to join a small, ambitious studio where quality, originality, and attention to detail are fundamental. You will be encouraged to bring ideas to the table, develop your own visual perspective, and take increasing ownership as you grow within the studio.

YOU WILL
Develop concepts and visual directions in collaboration with the creative team
Contribute to brand identities, campaigns, editorial, digital, and print projects
Explore typography, imagery, colour, composition, materials, and visual systems
Create layouts, presentations, mock-ups, and production artwork
Undertake visual, cultural, and contextual research
Assist with art direction, photography, production, and creative development
Work closely with senior designers and creative directors to refine ideas
Prepare highly considered, production-ready work across multiple formats
Maintain an exceptional standard of detail and craft throughout every stage of a project

ABOUT YOU
You are at the beginning of your design career, but you already have a strong point of view and an instinct for quality.
You may be a recent graduate or have one to two years of professional studio experience. Above all, we are interested in your potential, your curiosity, and the sophistication of your portfolio.

SKILLS
Excellent visual and typographic sensibility
A strong understanding of composition, hierarchy, color, and image
The ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into compelling visual outcomes
Exceptional attention to detail
An interest in contemporary art, fashion, architecture, publishing, photography, music, and culture
Confidence moving between digital and physical formats
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; AutoCAD
Proficiency in Studio Designer
Proficiency in Google Suite, Rendering Softwares
Experience as a Design Assistant as an Interior Design Studio
