Your Mission:
As a vital member of our team, you will drive our brand's growth in the New York and surrounding market:
Engaging with and expanding our dynamic portfolio of Design industry professionals.
Strategically generating new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
Delivering exceptional customer service.
Managing sales activities to grow the business, from lead generation to the successful closure of sales.
Maintaining daily outreach to 20-25 clients and conducting in-person presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Design Professionals: Engage with and expand our dynamic portfolio of design industry professionals, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Client Generation and Nurturing: Strategically generate new clients and nurture existing relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Regional Growth Planning: Develop and execute a growth plan for your region, focusing on growing current clients and prospecting new firms to work with us.
Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Activity Management: Manage all sales activities in your region, from lead generation to the successful closure of sales.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Energetic and Engaging: High-energy, enthusiastic, and engaging personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Industry Expertise: Experience in design or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and meeting customer needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
