Job Description

Cetra Ruddy is seeking a Project Manager in New York City to lead & manage the interior design team for an upcoming civic project as well as future residential development projects.

Most immediately, we are seeking a Project Manager who will lead a portion of a much larger project within our firm. Working directly under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a team – working collaboratively with other teams both inside and external to CetraRuddy – on an upcoming large-scale governmental project.

This leadership role will carry through all design phases of projects and will require an individual who can not only develop conceptual ideas, but who can also see those concepts through to their technical documentation.

As a leader in the firm, your impact is expected to carry beyond projects to the firm level, with a demonstrated interest for mentorship and a desire to participate in the ongoing efforts to improve the firm’s process and tools.

You must have strong curiosity and ambition, and be comfortable with leading team members by example, with empathy and clarity.
