Interior Designer/Kitchen & Bath Deisgner
Job Description:
We’re searching for an Intermediate Designer with over 5 years of experience in high-end residential design, ideally with a focus on luxury kitchens who is looking to move to the next level as a designer. This role requires advanced AutoCAD expertise, covering all facets of construction sets, custom cabinetry and specializing in kitchen/bath design plans. As a key player, you’ll drive projects through all phases of high-end kitchen, bath, and full-home renovations, bringing exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the principal to lead the creative direction and execution of luxury kitchens and full-home remodels.
• Manage projects from initial space planning concept through final installation, working in AutoCAD to convey plans for cabinetry sales, custom millwork, and construction detailing.
• Design, source, and present an array of interior finishes, including plumbing and lighting fixtures, stone slabs, and tile
• Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors, coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and custom fabricators.
• Track orders, scheduling, and project timelines with a focus on detail and on-time completion.
• Solve client design challenges with precision, ensuring accuracy and a high level of design excellence.
