Nationally recognized interior design firm seeks a highly motivated full-time interior designer passionate about distinguished residential design.

• Develop creativity, new ideas, processes, and skills to eventually lead projects
• Create relationships with industry partners, artisans, and workrooms
• Strong commitment to client service and experience
Primary responsibilities include working with project managers and principal on all phases of design projects, including but not limited to:
• Assist in the creation of design concepts, space planning, architectural elements, schemes, and custom elements of projects
• Assist in developing supporting documentation for various projects: drawings, presentation boards, packets, schedules,
transmittals, etc.
• Assist in preparation for client presentations
• Assist in gathering quotations from vendors and contractors
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, exercising strong time management skills
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience and capabilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, 0-2 years
• Computer skills: Autodesk Suite, Adobe Suite, Microsoft 365
• Must have a positive attitude and be a good team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
• Maintain a professional demeanor, polished appearance, as well as exercise appropriate decorum with vendors
• Possess a strong understanding of discretion and clients’ privacy, contractors and other partners
