The Interior Designer acts as the leader to the project team and manages the design development of
specific projects. The Interior Designer plans and executes presentation of the designs. Specific
responsibilities include: Liaising with principal, clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and employees.
Overseeing of the design for a client and ensuring that the designs meet client expectations. Selecting of all
furnishings for approval by the Principal. Maintaining the projects overall design direction and aesthetic.
Managing the delivery of the project, managing and mentoring design staff, overseeing installation.
Degree in Interior Design from an accredited program
Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing all aspects of a design project with at least 4 years
exclusively in the high-end residential workplace market
Expertise in AutoCAD, Studio Designer and Adobe programs
Excellent (and articulate) communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of local (and national) vendors
Ability to interact at all levels of the company and with external parties in a professional manner
maintaining effective communication, both written and spoken.
Ability to organize information, prioritize, have attention to detail, and accurately follow
procedures
Valid US Driver’s License required
