Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborative Design: Partner with the design team to conceptualize and execute staging and turnkey designs that cater to the luxury property market’s evolving demands. Ensure projects resonate with both clients and potential buyers.
- Client-Centric Engagement: Build strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and aspirations. Effectively communicate how our bespoke design solutions align with their lifestyle while balancing the goals and needs of the business. Guide clients through the design process, fostering trust and delivering a seamless, collaborative experience.
- Project Oversight: Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely, precise, and cost-effective execution of high-end projects within the industry’s fast-paced environment.
- Curated Selections: Collaborate with design and buying teams to source luxury furniture, décor, and accessories tailored to staging and turnkey projects. Use your expertise to align choices with budgetary guidelines and design specifications, elevating the overall aesthetic.
- Flawless Implementation: Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to manage delivery schedules, on-site installations, and final touches, ensuring an impeccable result for each project.
- Innovative Design Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and luxury design concepts, integrating innovative ideas into staging and turnkey solutions that position RHOME / QUADRA as a market leader.
- Client Presentations: Lead engaging consultations and presentations to articulate design concepts and project progress, delivering a polished, professional experience that reflects our brand's sophistication.
Schedule: Monday to Friday - Combination of hands-on project job site installations, remote and in-office workdays.
Location: NYC and surrounding areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in luxury interior design and staging, particularly within the high-end property market. Experience in overseeing turnkey projects is highly valued.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create sophisticated, captivating design solutions in a fast-paced environment for both staging and turnkey projects.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet accelerated deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders for all aspects of the role.
- Keen understanding of luxury design trends, materials, and furnishings that cater to the industry's rapid evolution for both staging and turnkey projects.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a drive for excellence in all aspects of your work, especially in the high-paced luxury market.
