Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Develop comprehensive project frameworks, including detailed scopes, timelines, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with the design team
Implement and maintain rigorous project management systems to ensure consistent, high-quality project execution
Conduct weekly strategic planning meetings to track project progress and proactively address potential challenges
Manage full project lifecycle, from initial concept through final installation, maintaining strict adherence to budgetary and quality standards
Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor management, purchase order generation, and comprehensive tracking
Execute precise financial management, including invoicing, budgeting, and cost control
Coordinate complex logistical requirements for residential and commercial design projects
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate dynamic project environments
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Management, or related field preferred
Minimum of two years of professional experience in interior design project management
Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp
Knowledge of My Doma, Trello, Design Manager, or other industry-related software programs
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
