Interior Design Bookkeeping is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team. You will use Studio Designer to accurately record financial transactions and deliver financial reports for multiple interior designer clients. Must be a good communicator, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and happy to work independently. This is an hourly W2 position; work is 100% remote and may be full-time or part-time (minimum 25+ hours per week). RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Enter transactional activity into Studio Designer, our Accounting/Project Management platform
* Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
* Produce and review reports to support client projects
* Provide invoicing support
* Prepare sales tax filings
* Provide day-to-day account management, client relations, and communication
* Prepare financial reports for client and CPA
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bookkeeping experience REQUIRED - ideally, experience working remotely and juggling multiple clients
* Studio Designer experience or a willingness to be a proactive, independent learner to develop proficiency
* Proven ability to work effectively and professionally with clients and as part of a team
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Detail-oriented and highly organized
* Demonstrated ability to independently problem-solve and manage deadlines
* College degree in business, accounting, or similar
