Job Description

Cliff Young Ltd, a family-owned luxury furniture business based in the NYDC, is looking for an exceptional, skilled, passionate, and polished sales professional, for inside showroom and outside sales. The primary focus for this position will be generating new customers. The candidate must be self-motivated, results-oriented, comfortable dealing with trade professionals and high-end homeowners. A can-do attitude, a commitment to customer service, and a strong work ethic are essential for this position. We are a tight-knit group of professionals looking for the right person to be part of our team and grow with our company. Benefit package available.

Job Requirements

• Generating new leads, reaching out to existing leads and building relationships with potential and existing clients

• Prospecting firms and contacts to develop new clients as well as maintaining regular contact with an existing client base

• Meet / exceed monthly and annual sales goals

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Assessing customer’s needs and providing assistance and information on product features

• Providing costs and submitting quotes for client’s approval

• Informing customers on delivery dates and schedules and maintaining sales records

• Assisting in choosing the most appropriate finishes, materials and solutions for each project

• Experience with CRM systems a plus

• Experience with custom furniture a plus

• Must have the ability to learn multiple product lines
