Job Description

Opportunity for independent outside sales rep to represent our well established pillow and soft good line to Trade and Retail accounts (furniture and home decor brick and mortar). Open to reps that hold and rep other complimentary lines. Various territories available.
-Establishing New Trade and Retail customer accounts within current or new territory
-Calling on and maintaining existing accounts; upkeep sales
-Upkeep an active call log and vendor visit list with active feedback from buyers
-Close sales in a timely manner
-Maintain consistent reorder on accounts

Commission based with flat stipend - Earning Potential limitless, 100% based on account performance and percentage of sales.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:
Must have a proven record of sales or experience in Home Decor industry or similar.
Must be familiar with soft goods / textiles industry (training available).
Must physically call on vendors/designers within a reasonable territory. (Reliable transportation, clean record and insurance).
Must be able to transport a small sampling of goods to show at appointments, must have a way to maintain and keep samples clean during transport.
Must be able to upkeep & share vendor call logs with home office.
Must be able to setup accounts and push sales through our online system (training available).
Versed in Google Suite.
