Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team at CCW Interiors, Inc., a leading interior design firm known for delivering sophisticated, customized design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to translate client visions into functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other design team members to conceptualize, plan, and execute residential interior design projects from start to finish.
Design Concept Development:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences.
• Create mood boards, color schemes, and design concepts tailored to each client’s style and functional requirements.
• Develop design presentations and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
Project Management & Coordination:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through installation, ensuring they stay on schedule.
• Track project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met, and installations are completed on schedule.
Space Planning & Layout:
• Provide detailed space planning and layout design, ensuring functionality, flow, and aesthetic appeal.
Material & Product Selection:
• Select and specify furniture, textiles, finishes, lighting, and other design elements that align with the client’s style and budget.
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the design process, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Financial & Billing Support:
• Input all billable and nonbillable hours daily for client reconciliation
Collaboration with Team:
• Work closely with other designers, architects, project managers, and contractors to bring design concepts to life.
Ongoing Professional Development:
• Stay current with industry trends, new design technologies
Required Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Certification (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED) or other professional design qualifications is a plus.
Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successfully completing residential design projects
• Experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is prefered
• Experience in space planning and layout design, as well as familiarity with furniture, finishes, and materials.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong creativity and a keen eye for design, color, and detail.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High proficiency in design software and digital tools for rendering, drafting, and 3D modeling.
• Understanding of design principles, construction documentation, and building codes.

Working Conditions:
• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible hours may be required depending on project needs)
• Occasional travel for business development, client meetings, or site visits.
• Occasional overtime may be required
