York Wallcoverings is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Contract Sales to lead revenue growth and manage financial performance within the York Contract channel. This position will lead and manage all sales associates managing key distributors and OEM’s related to commercial brands to include Commercial Vinyl wallcovering and Hytex textiles/acoustical products. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of contract sales, distributor relationships, and product lifecycle collaboration.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous sales management experience with proven growth results
• Experience or background in wallcovering, home decor or a similar industry
• Demonstrated history of key account sales and successful business development
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate
• Strong presentation and communication skills; both verbal and written
• Ability to produce results independently
• Solid strategic planning and execution skills
• Capable of driving revenue through all sales channels
