Job Description

The Senior Customer Experience Manager for Jiun Ho Inc. is responsible for delivering an exceptional world-class service experience to our customers while creating a quality experience. You will remove obstacles, provide support, and are empowered to “do the right thing.” This role will set the pace and deliver first-class service internally and externally. This is an ideal role for a polished individual with a passion for service, design and home furnishings.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the interaction with all our clients (including prospective) and showrooms by answering questions, responding to emails and providing quotes - always being an advocate for our clients!
Continually delivering the highest level of customer service to ensure that all interactions result in a positive experience and outcome.
Offer a quality experience through your detailed verbal and written interactions.
Provide creative solutions to engage with your client's vision by providing recommendations and solutions.

Support the sales teams to ensure that the customer's needs are being satisfied.
Assist the operation team to ensure cross-functional partnership and execution.
Work with the logistics team to ensure that all orders are being transferred from one workroom or to warehouses to end users in an efficient and timely manner.
Assist in developing resolutions for any order performance issues that are received.
Perform other duties, as necessary, in support of growing the Company’s business.
Maintain an awareness of visual culture (art history, architecture, fashion, interior design, and product design).

Job Requirements

3+ years experience in a customer service-related field.
Comfortable and proficient in working with an online ERP System. Experience in working on a Mac, Microsoft Word and Excel.
An in-depth understanding of color, pattern, texture, space, and other key interior design elements.
Experience with resolving complex customer care issues.
Thorough knowledge of the furniture, lighting, and textiles industries is strongly preferred.
