The ideal candidate for the Client Services Specialist / Sales Operations Support role at Divya Living should be a self-motivated, highly disciplined and energetic individual with strong organizational skills to support the US Sales Director with all administrative functions and sales support focused on servicing our trade clients across the US. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, a master at multi-tasking and a strong sense of urgency are required. You will support the sales process end-to-end, from client inquiries to order fulfillment. The ideal candidate must possess a positive 'roll up your sleeves' can-do attitude that thrives on a fast-paced responsible work ethic and a desire to learn and be part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Prompt follow-up on high volume client inquiries, activities include generating quotes to providing shipping updates, processing sample requests and orders, and tracking orders from the factory to delivery at destination. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and successfully juggle multiple tasks.
-Processing clients’ customer service issues with a solution minded approach and timely follow through. Assist clientele primarily via email and over the phone.
-Daily correspondence with trade partners and independent rep support teams as well as our product and merchandising team.
What we're looking for:
• Organizational Skills: Ability to successfully manage daily multiple inquires, tasks and priorities. Possesses excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient command of the A&D eco-system: ability to project manage with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy with RFQs, pricing and shipping inquiries, order processing, confirmations and follow-up.
• Strong Communications Skills: Ability to engage professionally with high-end design and architectural firms, clients and trade showrooms.
• Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and meeting customer needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to be both patient and persistent to pursue answers when needed.
• Flexibility, a consistent positive attitude, and a proactive approach are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM.
Experience: 5+ years in sales operations or administrative assistant role, ideally within Luxury high-end rugs, textiles or home furnishings.
