Job Description

You, our Brand Marketing Manager, are a passionate, motivated creative driving the brand’s presentation and telling our designer/artist brand stories through several marketing channels, including Instagram, Pinterest, our website, and email campaigns, as well as printed collateral, brand look books, creative brand collaborations, and events inside our NYC Flagship Showroom. Working directly with CEO/Art Director John Pomp and the Design department, the Marketing Manager takes ideas and runs with them by strategizing, creating, and implementing marketing campaigns to communicate our brand story in engaging and creative ways. This role will be creating compelling marketing campaigns by writing new, on-brand copy and using our growing database of visual imagery from our product photoshoots, showroom installs, hosted events, and the variety of different making processes done in our Philadelphia Studios. The Marketing Manager will analyze and regularly report Marketing Campaign success, as well as propose potential improvements and new ideas directly to the Leadership team. Job Requirements

Support and champion all Brand, Marketing, and PR initiatives as directed by Leadership team
Create and implement strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, feature new and existing products, highlight significant events and awards, and communicate the brand story through several digital marketing channels, including Instagram, Pinterest, and email campaigners.
Collaborate with Design department to create printed Marketing collateral, including brand look books, event promotions , website pages, and postcards
Brainstorm, propose, and drive new marketing initiatives for further outreach, including VIP tours of our Philadelphia Studio and NYC Flagship Showroom, client dinners, and creative brand partnerships
Represent the company as a brand ambassador/expert
Write all copy with defined John Pomp Brand Voice
Maintain a detailed content calendar, ensuring daily Instagram posts and stories and weekly email campaigns.
As directed by the leadership team, coordinate all PR initiatives including creating and sharing New Product Launches, Press Releases, and awards submissions.
Manage sponsored advertising on Social Media platforms as directed by leadership team
Develop deep knowledge and understanding of the to-the-trade furniture and lighting industry, as well as key players within Interior Design and relevant A+D publications
Analyze Marketing Campaign Success and regularly create reports to present to the Leadership team.
Keep up to date with new Instagram tools and ranking information to optimize reach of posts and ad campaigns
Develop working technical knowledge of our collection pieces and manufacturing processes to effectively communicate our stories
