We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Specialist with experience in consultative sales and a strong network within the design and architecture industry.

Your Role:
• Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients, including architects, interior designers, developers, and hospitality businesses.
• Build long-term relationships and oversee projects from concept to delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking and industry events.
• Work closely with our design and logistics teams to provide tailored solutions for clients.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Represent the FRATO brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism at industry events, trade shows, and exclusive presentations.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ Years of experience in B2B sales within the furniture, interior design, luxury, or architecture sectors.
• Inside and Outside Sales
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Business Administration.
• An active network of architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.
• Ability to provide a consultative and personalized service, understanding client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven mindset and motivation to exceed sales targets.
• Availability to attend events and represent the brand in the industry.
• Willing to work on Saturdays.
