Job Description

Artemest is looking to expand its team with an Area Manager for Florida. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Artemest US and collaborating closely with our global business development, sales, and operations teams, this role is instrumental in achieving Artemest's sales and customer satisfaction objectives. We're seeking a dedicated team player with a growth mindset to drive success in the dynamic world of luxury craftsmanship.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Sales and Business Development:
Work with VP to develop and execute strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets within the Florida market.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with luxury brands, developers, interior designers, and affluent B2C clients.
Support New York and Milan teams to ensure smooth project management within the Florida Market.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as a local point of contact for Artemest clients in the Florida region, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction, while collaborating with global teams.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and preferences. Report market needs VP.
Provide personalized guidance and support to clients throughout their purchasing journey, pre and post sale, with a focus on client retention.
Use internal CRM tools to establish a data driven and exceptional client journey
Operational Management:
Work with logistics and operational teams to ensure efficiency in the Florida area.
Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the Florida luxury goods market.
Develop actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and strategies.

Who are we looking for?

At least 5 years proven experience as an Area Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the luxury goods or retail sector, with a focus on the Florida market.
Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Ability to travel within Florida, occasionally nationally and internationally as required.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
Passion for luxury craftsmanship and design.
