Valspar has named its Colors of the Year for 2017, each one reflecting the trends of sustainable, simple living, self-improvement and spirituality. Available now at Lowe’s, Ace Hardware and other retailers, the 12-color collection includes a yellow-green, a terra cotta, a bright ultramarine, a stone gray, an apricot, a sky blue, a dusty yellow, a violet black, a silver sage, a white, a pond blue and a blue violet.
“Choosing a color for a project can be challenging when options are endless,” says Sue Kim, Valspar color strategist. “So we’ve curated a collection of 12 livable hues to give consumers choice and confidence in discovering and expressing their own style.”
