Franchise retailer M.H. Alshaya Co. today announced it will open its first Pottery Barn home furnishings retail store in Kuwait at the Avenues. The Kuwait opening follows Pottery Barn's successful Middle East debut in Dubai earlier this year.

The new Kuwait store will reflect the U.S. Pottery Barn ethos, the idea that home furnishings should have comfort, quality, style and value. Lifestyle destinations will exist within the store dedicated to living rooms, outdoor spaces, dining rooms, media, seasonal items and bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as feature walls that will display lighting, rugs and window treatments. Dinnerware, frames and candle displays will also be featured throughout the floor.

Two Design Studios will provide destinations for customers to discuss their furniture needs and plan their space with trained associates, who are equipt with fabric, wood and leather swatches so customers can see all the choices available to them.
