Duralee Fabrics, Ltd. has announced the acquisition of the B. Berger family of companies from Rellig, Inc.

The purchase includes B. Berger Fabrics, Bailey & Griffin Fabrics, as well as B. Berger’s three drapery hardware lines, including the exclusive Chase & Company Drapery Hardware, one of the largest drapery hardware distributors in the country.

In combining B. Berger’s 80 years of fine product and customer service with Duralee’s showroom network and sales force, Duralee expects to take the previously underexposed brand to new levels in the marketplace.

A 60-year old family-owned company headquartered in Bay Shore, NY, Duralee services more then 40 countries world wide and has more than 280 employees. Duralee currently manufactures and distributes fabrics and trimmings by Duralee, Highland Court and Suburban Home and Duralee Contract, and furniture by Owner's Select.
