Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to support the company's growth and profitability.
● Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, setting financial targets and KPIs for all business units.
● Collaborate with the executive team to identify strategic growth opportunities and assess potential risks.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
● Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with GAAP.
● Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and evaluate the financial impact of various scenarios.
● Monitor financial performance against budget and KPIs, providing regular updates to the executive team and Board of Directors.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management
● Oversee the inventory management process, ensuring efficient and accurate tracking of inventory levels, valuation, and turnover.
● Work closely with the operations team to optimize supply chain processes, manage costs, and minimize risks.
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Financial Operations and Controls
● Ensure the implementation and maintenance of robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
● Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
● Manage cash flow and working capital to support the company's operations and growth initiatives.
Team Leadership and Talent Development
● Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
● Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of finance team members.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree in Finance is highly preferred.
● Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
● A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible finance experience, with at least 5 years in a
senior leadership role, preferably in the luxury furniture or retail industry.
● Demonstrated experience in financial management for physical products, inventory, and complex
financial accounting.
● In-depth knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all
levels of the organization.
● Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
● Proficiency in Netsuite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
