Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager drives sales and cultivates relationships within their designated territory. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, with emphasis on growing revenue through an existing customers and converting new prospects into loyal clients. This person manages a portfolio of accounts, executes sales initiatives, and maintains Lulu and Georgia's brand presence in market. This role also includes oversight of Trade Sales Specialists who handle account servicing and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
Proactive Business Growth: Expand your customer base by consistently reaching out to existing clients, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships, and converting new members into active customers.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement territory-specific sales strategies focused on maintaining current accounts and securing new business. Meet and exceed revenue targets by nurturing leads and closing sales.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service and timely solutions.
Product Promotion: Educate customers on Lulu and Georgia's product offerings, leveraging brand knowledge to convert leads into sales.
Sales Presentations: Lead presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners, showcasing Lulu and Georgia's full range of offerings.
Sales Reporting: Track progress/KPIs, maintain detailed records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and sales outcomes.
Event Coordination: Participate in regional trade shows, events, and brand activations to build visibility, develop leads, and drive growth.
Team Management: Oversee the territory's Trade Sales Specialist, ensuring they effectively manage administrative functions including invoicing, Zendesk inquiries, and client communication.

Job Requirements

7+ years of sales experience, preferably selling to interior designers and other members of the trade industry
Proven ability to proactively grow a business by cultivating relationships with existing clients and converting new prospects into customers
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working independently and collaborating with a team
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Willingness to travel within the designated territory
