Saint-Louis is looking for a showroom specialist to support the rapid expansion of the brand in the North East. The Specialist primary responsibility is to manage day-to-day showroom operations while actively developing sales to the trade.
You will act as an ambassador for the brand, be able to speak of its heritage and unique craftsmanship, while ensuring the highest level of service and seeing projects through to completion.
- Prepare presentations, quotes, tear sheets for clients
- Ensure regular follow-up on projects from inception to delivery, and maintain the highest level of service
- Develop sales to the trade through direct outreach and by building strong relationships in the community, ensuring a steady and reliable sales flow
- Manage the architects and designers database
- Assist in the daily organization and presentation of the showroom, organize stock transfers, track shipments, payments ...
3-5 years of experience in sales to the A&D
Established A&D client relationships in the Tristate area
Good networking skills and ability to generate new leads and close sales
Reactive, creative, problem solver and open-minded
Independent, self starter, and a strong team player spirit are key to succeed in this position
High level of attention to detail
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint),
Knowledge of Dynamics and of design software is a plus but not required
French is a plus but not mandatory
Occasional travels possible
