We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the operations of our ADAC showroom. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury design, possess exceptional leadership skills, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the showroom team, build strong client relationships, and ensure the space reflects the elegance and artistry of Pierre Frey’s brand.
Showroom Operations:
Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure a seamless, visually impactful customer experience. Maintain aesthetic standards by regularly updating displays to align with the brand’s creative vision. Monitor sampling and marketing tool inventory and coordinate restocks or special orders with the logistics team.
Sales & Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, and high-end clientele. Guide clients through product selections with expert knowledge of Pierre Frey’s collections. Support the sales team in reaching monthly and annual goals.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage showroom and outside staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team. Provide ongoing coaching to support staff development and product expertise. Schedule and oversee daily activities to ensure efficient coverage.
Marketing & Brand Representation:
Plan and host events such as product launches, workshops, and client gatherings. Partner with marketing to execute local campaigns. Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding Pierre Frey’s reputation in luxury design.
Reporting & Strategy:
Track showroom performance metrics, including sales and client feedback. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to boost success. Manage the showroom budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in showroom management or luxury retail. Strong knowledge of textiles, wallpaper, furniture, rugs, and interior design. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to build relationships with high-end clients and design professionals. Proficiency in inventory and sales tracking systems. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
